WORK PROCESS
|
The system is installed downstream TIG or laser weld lines. The temperature during the annealing process, is of approx. 1200°C; then the subsequent conduction-cooled system avoids making circulate large gas volumes. Due to the controlled atmosphere, the pipe produced is cleaned and polished.

WORK PROCESS
|
The steel pipe passes though the inductor and is heated to a temperature, that can vary from 180 to 200°C, according to the coating technology required.
A primer is then applied to the outside surface of the pipe, which is then coated with the polyethylene film.

WORK PROCESS
|
In-line weld seam annealing process to restore, the metallurgic characteristics that were present prior to the induction welding process, on the portion of the pipe around the weld seam.

FEATURES
|
Output power from 300 to 550 kW per unit and based on the thickness and advancement speed of the pipe. The static frequency converter can be placed at a distance from the profiling line, while the annealing heads equipped with a linear inductor, are positioned directly on the pipe to be annealed, immediately downstream of the weld area.

WORK PROCESS
|
Induction annealing at approx. 900° C in a controlled atmosphere (generally Nitrogen and Hydrogen) of tubes having a diameter between 11 and 12,7 mm. and cold reduced in line before annealing treatment bringing the minimum diameter of 4.76 mm.. Such equipment enables annealing speeds of 500 m/min. to be achieved.

WORK PROCESS AND FEATURES
|
In-line continuous brazing, in a controlled atmosphere of double-walled piping. These small pipes, with a minimum diameter of min. 4,76 mm., are obtained from a copper-plated carbon steel strip. During the moulding process the strip is wound into a coil, so that after the induction heating process in a controlled atmosphere, the copper-plated surfaces guarantee the continuity of brazing along the entire transverse section of the pipe, due to the diffusion of the cooper. The piping thus obtained will withstand operating pressures of several bar and is generally tested at 2000 bar.
